1. What are DaVinci Health’s opening hours?
We are open from Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 21:30, Saturday, 08:00 – 18:00, Sunday and Public Holidays, 08:00 – 16:30.

2. Where is DaVinci Health located?
You’ll find us in Birkirkara, Malta, with convenient access and nearby parking facilities. In-house parking also available.

3. What are the visiting hours for inpatients?
If applicable, visiting hours will be communicated individually by the care team, based on patient condition and ward guidelines.

4. Is DaVinci Health a private hospital?
Yes. DaVinci Health is a fully private medical centre offering specialist consultations, diagnostics, outpatient procedures, and walk-in services.

5. Are your doctors all licensed specialists?
Yes. All consultants at DaVinci Health are licensed, fully qualified, and experienced in their respective fields.

6. How can I book an appointment? 
You can book online through our website, call our reception on +356 21 491 200, or visit the clinic in person. 

7. Do I need a referral to see a specialist? 
No referral is necessary. You may book directly with any of our consultants. 

8. Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment? 
Yes. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your booking. 

9. Do you offer same-day appointments? 
Yes. Same-day appointments are available via our Walk-In Clinic or on a case-by-case basis with selected specialists. 

10. Are online consultations available? 
Some specialists offer telehealth services. Please ask when booking to confirm availability.

11. What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and most private insurance plans. Online payment options are available for some services. 

12. Can I pay my bill online? 
Yes. If your service is eligible, we will send you an invoice with a secure payment link. Alternatively, you can contact our billing office for details. 

13. Do you accept health insurance? 
Yes. We accept most local and international private health insurance providers. Please bring your insurance details with you. 

14. Will I need to pay upfront if I have insurance? 
This depends on your insurer. Some allow direct billing, while others require payment followed by reimbursement. 

15. How do I request a copy of my invoice? 
Contact our billing team at accounts@davincihealth.com or call reception for invoice reprints or queries. 

16. How is my medical data stored? 
All patient information is stored in a secure, GDPR-compliant digital medical record system, accessible only to authorised clinical staff. 

17. Will my personal information be shared with others? 
Your data will never be shared without your consent, except where legally required or when essential for your care (e.g. referrals). 

18. Can I request a copy of my medical records? 
Yes. Patients have the right to access their medical records. Contact us to initiate a formal request. 

19. Are online forms and test results secure? 
Yes. All online submissions and diagnostic results are transmitted using encrypted platforms that comply with EU data protection laws. 

20. How do you protect patient confidentiality? 
We follow strict confidentiality protocols across all departments and ensure that all staff are trained in patient privacy policies.
