At DaVinci Health, our Endoscopy Unit provides safe, efficient, and accurate diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures for the evaluation of gastrointestinal (GI) and ENT conditions. Performed by a specialist team using modern flexible video scopes, our services support early detection, biopsy, and treatment of a wide range of disorders — from acid reflux and ulcers to colorectal polyps, ENT and Gynaecological abnormalities.

All procedures are carried out in a dedicated endoscopy suite, designed for patient comfort, privacy, and clinical safety.

Our Endoscopy Services

Our services cover both upper and lower GI tract evaluations, as well as minimally invasive procedures for sampling and treatment.

Upper GI Endoscopy (EGD / Oesophago-Gastro-Duodenoscopy)

Used to examine the oesophagus, stomach, and duodenum:

Investigation of chronic reflux, nausea, upper abdominal pain
Diagnosis of ulcers, gastritis, strictures, tumours
Targeted H. pylori testing for bacterial infection
Biopsies for coeliac disease or suspected malignancies

Colonoscopy & Lower GI Evaluation

Includes full colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and proctoscopy:

Colorectal cancer screening
Polyp detection and polypectomy (removal)
Investigation of rectal bleeding, chronic diarrhoea, or change in bowel habits
Surveillance for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)

Sedation & Patient Comfort

All procedures are performed under either light sedation or conscious intravenous analgesia, depending on patient preference and clinical indication. Our clinical staff prioritises:

Biopsy & Pathology Integration

Tissue samples collected during procedures are processed for histopathological analysis. Reports are integrated into the patient’s record and shared with referring physicians for collaborative care.

Colposcopy

Colposcopy is a procedure used to closely examine the cervix, vagina, and vulva to identify precancerous or abnormal cells. It is typically performed after an abnormal Pap smear.

Hysteroscopy

Hysteroscopy is a procedure used to examine the inside of the uterus. It helps diagnose and sometimes treat causes of abnormal bleeding, polyps, fibroids, or infertility.

Laparoscopy

Laparoscopy is a minimally invasive procedure used to examine or treat the organs inside the pelvis or abdomen. It is commonly used for conditions such as endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and fibroids
